Masked superheroes, damsels in distress and Mecha Godzilla pursuing the streets. Sound strange? It is. And that's just how the Midnite Movie Mamacita likes it.

This and every Thursday, Chandler Cinemas hosts a night of old classics and obscure double headers.

This week the theme is Thrilla in Godzilla, because the two films being screened are "Terror of Mechagodzilla" and "Cloverfield." Usually, the double headers are old-school movies, but this week she decided to change it up.

The highlight, however, will be the specially birthday appearance of Will the Thrill and his co-hostess Monica Tiki Goddess as they bring their '50s style to Chandler - as well as goofy aliens and the '70s robot stomp-o-rama that is "Terror of Mechagodzilla," which we can't really describe, but it's sure to be awesome.

As always audience participation at the Midnite Movie Mamacita is strongly encouraged; this isn't your normal no talking aloud theater.
