Why choose one when you can have both at one location for four whole hours? ZooBrew 2008: Lost '80s Live! mixes all your favorites together - food, alcohol and music - to make for one very fun-filled evening.
ZooBrew is one of the largest fundraisers for the Phoenix Zoo and has become a favorite among Valley residents, drawing in an average of 3,000 guests annually.
This year, ZooBrew is a throwback to the decade made infamous for unique hair stylings and bright clothing. All the proceeds from this event go to support the building of a new home for the four Bornean Orangutans at the zoo. Their original home was built over 30 years ago and is in line for some much-needed renovations.
Beer-making demonstrations, the Rockin' Raffle - including giving away a guitar, a five-day trip to Hawaii and a three-day trip to Las Vegas - casino games and a commemorative photo hut are just some of the things you will encounter if you come to this event.
This unforgettable evening is a chance to meet new people, make new friends, hear great music and enjoy the outdoors, all the while supporting the zoo.
ZooBrew, Phoenix Zoo, 455 N. Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, 602.273.1341, Friday, April 11, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., $65-$120
