Well, I guess it's true. You really can sell anything on eBay. Here are some of the strangest things ever sold on this popular online auction site.

10. A gulfstream private jet. The winning bid reached $4.9 million and became one of the highest prices ever paid for an item on eBay.

9. A man sold a "month of friendship" on eBay promising two e-mails a week, phone calls and text messaging. The final bid reached almost $2,000.

8. A man auctioned off all of his life's possessions in 2001 and now has his own website dedicated to all of the items that he sold. Check it out here.

7. Two sisters from Virginia found a cornflake that appeared to be the same shape of the state of Illinois. They sold it for over $1,000.

6. A woman sold a piece of bubble gum that Britney Spears had supposedly chewed and spat out at the 2000 Wembley Arena concert. The winning bid was $14,000.

5. A man auctioned off 30 days of ad space on his forehead to be used as a billboard - the auction reached $322.

4. Someone paid more than $1,000 for a piece of French toast that Justin Timberlake supposedly took a bite out of.

3. Melissa Heuschkel auctioned off the name of her fourth child on eBay. The baby was named "Golden Palace Benedetto" after the Golden Palace casino won the auction, paying $15,500.

2. A man auctioned off his liver on eBay. The bid reached $5.7 million before eBay pulled it from its site, stating that it is illegal to sell body parts on the site.

1. A woman auctioned off her deceased father's walking cane with "ghost included," after her son was afraid to go anywhere in their house in fear of his grandfather's ghost. The bid ended up reaching $15,000.
