There’s something refreshing about a genuine sports bar that also serves good food. That’s exactly what Blue 32, one of the newest bars to hit Gilbert, serves up. Complete with almost 30 flat-screen TVs and menu items like burgers and wings, Blue 32 has a casual sports bar feel. But it classes things up with $18.99 filet mignon, $14.99 grilled Atlantic salmon and $11.99 portabella mushroom chicken.

Don’t let the high prices scare you; most of the menu is very affordable, between $5 and $8 for appetizers and around $9 for burgers, sandwiches and salads.

Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from

3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and offers $2.50 Bud and Coors Light pints, $3.50 craft brews, $4.50 20-ounce Guinness and a variety of $4 to $5 cocktails and wines.

They also have a special every day. Some of the best include: Sunday’s $4 Bloody Marys for those hangover blues; Monday’s $2.50 Bud and Coors Light, as well as $3.50 Captain Morgan drinks and $4 Blue 32 Ritas; Wednesday’s $4 Jager shots and $2.50 Coors Lights and Bud Lights; and Saturday’s $4 Blue 32 Ritas and $2.50 Bud Lights and Coors Lights.

It doesn’t matter which day you choose to visit, at Blue 32, it will be a good one.
