Frock 'N Roll
There are so many things one associates with Halloween - the candy, the sexy costumes, men dressed as women, the parties, the liquor. But one thing we had never previously associated with this night of fright and fun was a fashion show. Leave it to the folks at MADCAP to break barriers. At Frock 'n Roll, the night includes a zombie model fashion show, and a 9:30 p.m. and midnight runway costume contest open to the public. Peachcake and 13 other bands will perform and the night will conclude with a screening of "Rocky Horror Picture Show." At $10 in advance, $15 at the door, that's a lot of candy for just a few bones. Proceeds benefit Radio Phoenix. MADCAP Theaters, 730 N. Mill Avenue, Tempe, 480.355.6060, Saturday, October 31, doors at 6 p.m., $10-$15
